Liverpool have loaned out forward Taiwo Awoniyi for a third time.
The Reds signed Awoniyi for £400,000 from Imperial Soccer Academy in August 2015.
He was immediately loaned out to German side FSV Frankfurt, then spent this past season on loan with Dutch club NEC Nijmegen.
The striker scored a combined four goals in 35 games across both spells, but was named our Premier League loan player of the week in early May. So that’s something.
Liverpool have now farmed the 19-year-old out to Belgian top-flight side Mouscron, where he will spend the 2017/18 season.
Awoniyi has impressed at international youth level for Nigeria, scoring 13 goals in 20 games across the Under-17s, Under-20s and Under-23s.
He played a key role in their 2013 FIFA U17 World Cup victory, as well as their 2015 African U20 Championship win.
